Recognition Night & Awards Ceremony 2011

YOUR CHILD DID IT!  That's right...Because of your child's efforts and all your hard work, your child did it!!!  And we want to show how proud we are of your child!

The C.H.I.L.D. Organization of Scotch Plains Fanwood is currently planning their annual Recognition & Commemorative Awards Ceremony.  

This event is for kids of ALL ages, that are Scotch Plains and Fanwood Students in district and out of district, that have an IEP, 504 or receive any of the services on the left from Pre K - Elementary - Middle School.

Students will be recognized for their efforts, hard work and achievements throughout the year. Immediately following the awards presentation, the Magnificent Cesar The Magician will highlight the evening.  A lite snack to be served afterwards.  Dress comfortably.  Make sure your batteries are charged in still and video cameras as there will be a lot of great photo opts during the show.

ONE FORM PER CHILD

For Parents:  Complete the form below, listing the accomplishments your child has achieved this year and submit   (Examples: learned to tell time; can tie their shoe; made it through algebra; can count change; can make an oral presentation; can do division, etc.)
