welcome to attend C.H.I.L.D.'s FREE programs. Unless
otherwise noted, our programs take place in
Scotch Plains, NJ and will start promptly.
For
everyone's courtesy, please allow yourself plenty of time to sign
in and select your seat.
The venue for our programs can vary, depending
on the activity. Please
note the following locations where CHILD Programs may take
place. Confirm location and time by checking our Calendar

Park Avenue, Scotch Plains
From Route
22 West - Traveling
West on Route 22 you will pass a sign welcoming you to Scotch
Plains. Follow the sign for Mountain Avenue. Stay to
your right to take the jug handle turn to
get onto Mountain Avenue. Cross over Route 22. Stay in
the center lane. Take Mountain Avenue all the way
to the intersection of Park Avenue (Snuffy's/Pantagis will be on
your right) and make a left onto Park Avenue. Scotch Plains
Municipal Building and free parking is located on your right in
the center of town (opposite the Antique Store with the blue
doors)
From 22 East
- Traveling East on Route 22 you will pass Snuffy's/Pantagis on
your right. Go under the overpass and exit right onto Park
Avenue. Scotch Plains Municipal Building and free parking is
located on your right in the center of town (opposite the
Antique Store with the blue doors)
From 78 East or West
- Take exit 41 and follow signs for Scotch Plains. Traveling
on Bonnie Burn Road towards Rt. 22, at the Diamond Hill
Intersection go right. Staying in the right hand lane, go
around and over the Rt. 22 overpass. Stay right to get on
Park Avenue. Scotch Plains Municipal Building and free
parking is located on your right in the center of town
(opposite the Antique Store with the blue doors)

- Go through Scotch Plains
business center. After you pass CVS on your right, you will
pass the Post Office. Immediately after you pass the Post
Office and it's driveway, you will make a right into Park Middle
School's Parking lot. Parking is FREE. Please enter
the side doors adjacent to the parking lot.
From
North Avenue going through Westfield
- After you exit the town of Westfield, stay on North Avenue as you enter
Scotch Plains. (You will pass Charlie Brown's on your left).
Go through the Hetfield Road intersection. (On your left you will
pass a defunct Gulf Station, Commerce Bank and Quick Check). Follow
North Avenue passing the Fanwood Recycling Center on your
left. North Avenue will split - stay to your right. At
the traffic light intersection of Park/Martine make a right.
Traveling north on Park Avenue, Park Middle School and parking lot
will be on your left. Take the 2nd left into the parking
lot. Parking is
FREE. Please enter the side doors adjacent to the parking
lot.

Westfield Road, Scotch Plains
Scotch
Plains Fanwood High School is
located on Westfield Road in Scotch Plains. Westfield Road
runs from North Avenue, thru the Westfield Avenue intersection,
Mountain Avenue intersection and connects to Route 22 E.
From
North Avenue going through Westfield
- After you exit the town of Westfield, stay on North Avenue as you enter
Scotch Plains. (You will pass Charlie Brown's on your left).
Go through the Hetfield Road intersection, (on your left you will
pass a Gulf Station, Commerce Bank and Quick Check), and
make the next right onto Westfield Road, (opposite the Fanwood Recycling Center).
Scotch
Plains Fanwood High School is the second school on your
right. Turn right into the parking lot and bear left.
Follow the driveway as you go past the main entrance of the school
and bear to your right. Follow driveway down the length of
the HS to the rear parking lot and enter at the side school
entrance.
